Returns and Refunds
As a private customer who has ordered online, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt of the package. The return costs are at your expense.
In order to be reimbursed, the item must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, properly packed and returned to us in perfect condition and cleanliness.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is damaged, in its original packaging. Check the package carefully before accepting it from the delivery service. If it is damaged, refuse it. It will be returned to us and we will exchange or refund it.
Shipping

The return costs are at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
You should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
